SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICIES:
For US customers, your order can only be delivered to a physical address (no PO Boxes). Standard shipping rates apply. Deliveries should be received within 3 to 5 business days after the instruments have been made and shipped.

Instrument Orders being shipped outside of the US can only be sent to a physical address (no PO Boxes). FedEx or UPS are the only shipping options available for instrument orders shipped outside of the US. Customers are responsible for paying all customs and duties fees associated with the shipment. It may take anywhere from 7-14 business days after the instruments have been made and shipped.

Note: Next Day and Second Day Air orders can be arranged with Tyler by contacting him and finalizing specific requests.

Courier companies (FedEx, UPS, etc.) charge a fee of up to $10.00 for any change to the original address. Please check your address for accuracy and completeness! It is important that you submit all needed information to assure prompt delivery of your order. This includes, but is not limited to, apartment and suite numbers. It is also helpful to include university and/or college names if you want delivery to dorms or student housing.
